This platform is engineered and developed by N3Logic Solutions ("Your trusted partner in innovative solutions") to promote tourism, cultural heritage, regional cuisines, and eco-friendly discovery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

DiscoverBD grants visitors a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to:

• Browse maps, view attractions, historical markers, and regional food specialties across 8 administrative divisions.
• Generate and download customized high-resolution category maps and printable posters for non-commercial travel planning and personal exploration.
• Export and print category travel guides with filtered place details and logistical notes.
• Save personal itineraries and bookmark destinations to your local browser storage.

You may not modify, republish for resale, bulk-scrape the database via unauthorized automated bots, or remove proprietary brand notices from generated documents.

While we continually strive to curate accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date geographical data across Bangladesh:

• Informational Purposes Only: All place descriptions, road distances, coordinates, entry fees, and "Best Time to Visit" guidance are provided for general informational and recreational purposes.
• On-Ground Realities: Local conditions, entry timings, ticket pricing, weather circumstances, boat fares, road accessibility, and seasonal water levels (e.g., haor wetlands or hilly trails) can change without advance notice.
• Traveler Responsibility: Travelers are solely responsible for exercising personal safety precautions, respecting environmental guidelines, obtaining any required local permits, and verifying current transit schedules before setting out.

When you submit place recommendations or hidden gems via the community submission form:

• You warrant that the information, historical details, or images provided are accurate, truthful, and do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.
• You grant DiscoverBD a royalty-free right to review, edit, format, and display the place on public maps for travelers.
• Our editorial team reserves the right to decline or modify submissions that contain promotional spam, inappropriate content, or unverified geographical locations.

The software architecture, custom UI layout, user-friendly interactive features, SVG/Canvas poster rendering engine, and curated catalog of DiscoverBD are intellectual property protected under copyright and design rights.

Base map tile geometries belong to OpenStreetMap contributors. Place photography or regional descriptions sourced under Creative Commons licenses or public records remain the property of their respective creators.

We reserve the right to improve, update, or temporarily suspend aspects of the Service to perform database maintenance, server upgrades, or algorithmic improvements without prior notice.
